If GM recalled your column lock problem, they may have programed a 2 mph fuel cutoff IF the k harness malfunctions (manual transmission only), in this case your DIC would show "SERVICE COLUMN LOCK".

This will cut off the fuel from the pump to make sure that it does not continue to spray and potentially cause a fire. Oct 26, 2017 · Suggest that situation be corrected before any further diagnosis. I would be inclined to remove the fuel tank for cleaning.replace fuel pump and filter. I would then remove the spark plugs and check for SPARK foulingreplace if necessary. Then attempt a restart with a fuel pressure gauge installed.
